Description
Murph is a workout done in honor of Navy Seal Lt. Michael Murphy who died in combat in Afghanistan, on June 28th, 2005.
Event Details
Murph is a CrossFit "Hero Workout" that consists of a 1-mile run, followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and finished with another 1-mile run. It is mean to be a long and tough workout, but options are available to accommodate any fitness level.
