A four-course meal, each strategically paired with wine. Prepared by Chef Roberto Larrea as serves up romance with Italian-based cuisine. Tables for two will be set up for you and your partner.
1st course
Sliced Cantaloupe wrapped in prosciutto
Paired with Italian Prosecco
2nd course
Italian salad
Spring mix topped with cranberries, strawberries
Red onions cherry tomatoes, parmesano cheese and croutons
Paired with Austrian wine
3rd course
NY strip cooked medium to medium well
Cooper river salmon 6-7 oz topped with capers , artichokes hearts , sun dried tomatoes with a wine butter sauce
Mesquite grilled chicken will be available as well.
All this dishes served on top of garlic mash potatoes
Steak would be paired with Borgonero Super Tuscan
Salmon and chicken with Chardonnay
