Nelson Lang founded Pita Pit on the idea that people want a fresh, healthy alternative to fast food. Born in Canada in 1995, Pita Pit creates a fun, casual atmosphere where customers can create their perfect pita amongst endless flavor combinations of lean meats, fresh toppings, and spreads. Pita Pit expanded into the U.S. in 1999 and it growing steadily with over 500 locations worldwide.
